Returns

Items can only be returned when they are new and unused. All labels must still be on the item. Returns that are damaged or dirty / used will not be accepted. The cost of the return is for the customer.

Items from the 'Outlet' category can not be returned.

Personalized items purchased in pre-order cannot be returned either.  These items are personalized at the manufacturer on request from the customer.

Clothing must not be worn or washed and can't have any signs of wear/ use.

When an item was delivered wrongly of with defects, you can send a mail to shop@dehertoghe-lydia.be
